Laura and I put in our application for our new apartment over the weekend. It is a beautiful place in downtown St. Paul.

The building is called Lowertown Commons and it’s in an old rubber factory that has been converted to apartments. It has awesome 15 foot ceilings with wood beams and big 7 ft windows in the living room and bedroom. We got a nicely sized 1 bedroom/1 bath + den, it’s about 855 square feet and should be perfect for the two of us.
